Floyd County Kentucky  to wit this shall License and permit 
you to Join in marriage according to the rites and ceremonies of 
the Church to which you belong Archibald Justice and Rachel 
Potter and for so doing this shall be your suficient warrant 
given under my hand this 2nd day of November 1818.
